Interactive Generative Artwork
Inspired by: Robert Delaunay’s Rhythm Reliefs (1932)
Tools: Processing (Java)
This generative and interactive artwork was inspired by the rhythm and abstraction of early modernist compositions. It translates geometric repetition and dynamic visual rhythm into playful, code-based interaction.
Interaction Zones:
- Blue circle: Spawns colorful bouncing balls
- Beige circle: Disables bouncing – balls float away
- Upper right rings: Switches to black-and-white mode
- Lower white circle: Triggers a hypnotic spiral animation
Focus:
This project was an exploration of real-time interaction, generative visuals, and playful motion through creative coding. The goal was to create an artwork that feels alive and responds intuitively to user input.
